Coconut Butter RecipeMaking Coconut butter is easier than you can imagine and you should give it a try if you can. This recipe is dairy free and nutritious because of the use of coconut oil which has many benefits for good health. See an earlier blog entry about Coconut oil's benefits here http://www.thusiasdaevangel.com/health-reform-blog/-making-coconut-oil 1 cup coconut oil (extra Virgin) 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup coconut milk powder 2 TSP lecthin 1tsp salt 4 cloves garlic 2 sprigs of parsley (optional) 1 piece (2" ) of tumeric METHOD 1. Add all the ingredients into a blender. 2. Pour mixture into a bowl, cover it and place in a fridge for about two hours or overnight ideally. Then eat! Sis. Alyssa Jugmohunsingh
