Indeed I can testify of the life giving properties of food as medicine, my diet consists of a variety of fruit for breakfast,salad for lunch, ( my salad consists of..... Cucumbers,tomatoes,carrots,ice burge and romain lettuce,celery (the big fat ones), chick peas(channa), black beans,corn,black beans,pinto beans,actually any beans you may like),water cress, black and green olives,mushrooms. And the salad dressing is ah good dowsing of olive oil,sea salt to taste with j cayenne pepper and ginger. My tea on the morning is ginger sweetened with honey. I can't finish tell you all how I feel on this diet,the weight loss,the detoxing,skin cleaning,hair growing properties of this diet. And all the ingredients of my salad is raw except for the beans, corn and mushrooms,and for that lil sweet to balance it,I add raisins and cranberries.
